Start the Change – EU Project
Start the change! was a project co-funded by the European Commission which supported teachers and young people to explore and take informed action on issues linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Through the project we:
- Worked with 15 European partners across 12 countries
- Trained 215 Scottish secondary school teachers who then went on to deliver 104 learning units to 2325 pupils
- Supported 218 young ‘ Changemakers’ from across the North of Scotland to deliver 24 active global citizenship events in their local community.
